The Municipality of TÂRGU MUREŞ, with its registered office at 3 Victoriei Square, telephone 0265-268.330, ext. 274, announces

OPEN PUBLIC TENDER

for the concession of a plot of land measuring 12,513 square metres, belonging to the private domain of the Municipality of Târgu Mureş, for the purpose of its development, in accordance with Local Council Decision No. 37 of 26 March 2026.

The starting price for the auction is:

- €2.99/sq m/year, as established by Local Council Decision No. 37 of 26 March 2026.

The deadline for submitting bids is 11 May 2026, at 10.00, at the Town Hall, 3 Victoriei Square, room 13.

Bids will be opened on 12 May 2026 at 12.00.

To participate in the tender, interested bidders are invited, from 20 April 2026, to the institution’s headquarters at 3 Victoriei Square, room 21, Monday to Friday between 8.00–10.00 or 12.00–14.00, to purchase the tender specifications for 100 lei.
