Public consultation on planning documents
NOTICE
The Municipality of Târgu Mureş is organising, between 20 April 2026 and 4 May 2026, a public consultation on the urban planning documentation:
“Zonal urban plan – establishing regulations for the establishment of a cemetery with associated facilities” and the related local urban planning regulations, Remetea Street – Szotyori Jozsef Street; Initiator: TG. MUREȘ IV REFORMED PARISH; drafter: SC “ARX” SRL – urban architect Bako Lorant.
The urban planning documentation proposed for public consultation can be viewed as follows:
- by visiting the Municipality’s website www.tirgumures.ro, under the section: Public Information – Chief Architect – Urban Planning Documentation (PUZ/PUD) – under public consultation – 2026 – 3 March – 01. PUZ;
- directly at the notice board in the central lobby of the Town Hall, next to office no. 12 of the Chief Architect’s Department’s public relations office, where extracts from the urban planning documentation are displayed, or in room 70 on the second floor, Monday to Thursday between 11.00 and 12.00.
Comments, proposals and suggestions regarding the provisions of the urban planning documentation may be submitted in writing and registered directly at the City Hall’s general registry office or online via email at urbanism@tirgumures.ro.
The public debate will take place on 4 May 2026 at 14:00 at the Târgu Mureş City Hall, 3 Victoriei Square, in the Council Chamber, No. 45, first floor.
The proposals will be presented by the author of the urban planning documentation subject to public debate.
All interested parties are invited to attend: citizens, individuals and legal entities, civil society organisations, non-governmental organisations, and representatives of relevant public institutions.
