concerning the convening of the extraordinary meeting of the Local Council of the municipality

Târgu Mureș on 8 April 2026

The Mayor of Târgu Mureș,

Having regard to the provisions of Article 133(2), Article 134(1)(a), (5)(a²) and Article 196(1)(a) b) of Government Emergency Ordinance No. 57/2019 on the Administrative Code, as subsequently amended and supplemented,

H e r e b y o r d e r s :

Art. 1. An extraordinary meeting of the Local Council of the Municipality of Târgu Mureș is hereby convened for Wednesday, 8 April 2026, at 12:00, in a hybrid format, namely with physical attendance at the Târgu Mureș City Hall at 3 Victoriei Square, Room 45, and via electronic means using the Zoom application, in accordance with the draft agenda attached hereto, which forms an integral part of this order.

Art. 2. The document included in the draft agenda of the meeting is made available to the local councillors of the Târgu Mureș Municipal Council in electronic format.

Art. 3. The draft resolution included on the agenda, accompanied by the documents required by law, shall be sent for consideration to the specialist committees of the Târgu Mureș Municipal Council.

Art. 4. With regard to the aforementioned draft resolution, amendments may be formulated and submitted in accordance with Article 138(12) of Government Emergency Ordinance No. 57/2019 on the Administrative Code, as subsequently amended and supplemented.

Art. 5. The Secretary General of the Municipality of Târgu Mureș is hereby entrusted with the implementation of this provision.

Article 6. In accordance with the provisions of Article 252(1)(c) and Article 255 of Government Emergency Ordinance No. 57/2019 on the Administrative Code, and Article 3(1) of Law No. 554/2004, the Law on Administrative Litigation, this Order is submitted to the Prefect of Mureș County for the exercise of legality control.

NOTICE OF MEETING

In accordance with the Mayor’s Order No. 477/3 April 2026, an extraordinary meeting of the Local Council of Târgu Mureș Municipality is hereby convened, to be held on Wednesday, 8 April 2026, at 12 noon, in a hybrid format, as follows:

Ø in-person attendance: at the Târgu Mureș City Hall, 3 Victoriei Square, Room 45

Ø online attendance: via the Zoom app;

Ø login details: the link, Meeting ID and password will be sent to local councillors by email

AGENDA:

1. Draft resolution regarding the approval of the maximum number of posts at the level of the Târgu Mureș Municipality, specifically within the Mayor’s Office of Târgu Mureș Municipality, as well as within public institutions with or without legal personality, under local authority

The document included in the draft agenda for the meeting is made available to the local councillors of the Târgu Mureș Municipal Council in electronic format.

With regard to the aforementioned draft resolution, amendments may be drafted and submitted in accordance with Article 138(12) of Government Emergency Ordinance No. 57/2019 on the Administrative Code.
